Determining the number of portable restrooms that you will require depends on a number of variables. Our representatives will ask you how many attendees/tickets are planned, if alcohol will be consumed and what type (more alcohol equals more trips to the bathroom), the layout of the concert, whether it is a single event or a multi-day event, and the square foot for possible multiple restroom locations. Depending upon the type of restroom that you select, we may only need an electrical hookup but might also need water with a standard garden hose.

Things to Think About

Portable restrooms need to accommodate the handicapped, but if the concert will have families with infants or very young children, you will need to have restrooms with changing areas and sanitized wipes. It will be a good idea to consider the larger units so both parent and child can move around comfortably. The standard models have lighting, toilet, sink with soap and sanitizer, proper ventilation, and toilet paper. You may want to consider including some of our high quality fencing around the facilities to add a bit of security. Due to the nature of concerts, our team can make sure that you have extra supplies as well as be on call if you need an emergency delivery.

Healthy, Safe, Clean

Our facilities arrive completely sanitized, deodorized and in pristine condition. Our technicians clean and scrub each restroom with antibacterial and antiviral cleansers and take extra precautions with additional exterior clothing to ensure protection. You may want to consider adding additional hand sanitizing/cleaning stations for your attendees that are independent of the restrooms.

Delivery and Pickup

We will establish a schedule so that delivery is accomplished easily and efficiently to the agreed upon location(s). We make sure that everything is stocked and ready so that you can focus on the concert events. It is a multi-day concert we will have a crew in to clean, sanitize, deodorize and restock supplies. When the event is done we will discretely arrive to remove the restrooms.
