To determine your pricing, first decide how many hours the event will last. If it’s multiple days, use the longest day. Determine how many people will attend. If there are multiple days, determine the peak day. Utilize the chart below to calculate the number of portable restrooms necessary for adequate sanitation conditions.

Please remember that if alcohol is being served at your event, be sure to add 15-20% more restrooms. Adequate hand washing should be provided with restrooms in all food service areas as well!
